I'm coming from Denmark and even though I'm bringing my Danish culture and mindset with me, I consider myself more of an international citizen today.
I have spent most of my life living in different countries, on different continents, following my thirst for culture exploration and adventure. Already from a young age; finalizing my business studies, to working in start-ups and in the pharma industry and founding together with my French husband a beautiful (and indeed international) family with 3 kids.
We are right now located in Lausanne in Switzerland, close to what energizes me all year around: the mountains.
About 15 years ago I realized that my North Star in life is all about up-leveling the human potential.
I quit corporate and throughout the years I have specialized in the area of : Women's functioning and potential.
I've made the mistake of following my passion and innovative ideas in my business without tapping into my true potential of who I am, knowing and using my unique strengths, my unique skills and breaking free from my inner glass ceiling. If we want to make a real difference and be successful at it, we need to think Inside Out: BE then DO.
So today, as a Women centered Transformational Coach, a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and a Naturopath I have learned from the most prominent and new thinking experts in their domains. Topping up with my own experience has led me to what I'm doing today :

“I was feeling stuck professionally. Like many moms, I constantly had to make choices about my career and my family life. I was constantly feeling guilty towards both my superiors and my family.
Then the sanitary crisis came along, and I preferred to leave my corporate position of responsibility, as there was too much uncertainty and personal discomfort at that time. For a year, I hesitated between going back to corporate or start a business.
Then I met Birgitte: the right person and the right coach, at the right time.
