3 phases to reboot success
To get the most out of it and to make it easier to ease in and out of the reboot
Join me, I'm starting on Monday February 13 (prep phase 1-4 days before)

Phase 1
Preparation. In this phase you will become familiar with the program, do your shopping and slowly start the process so that you will be ready to smoothly start the detoxing & rebooting phases
(1-4 days prior to start)

Phase 2
Detox & reboot your system. In this phase you will get rid of toxins and old "waste" and at the same time refill yourself with energy boosting foods and self-care
(Day 1-7)

Phase 3
Transition. This phase is similar to phase 2 as you will continue detoxing and rebooting. However you will slowly re-introduce foods you have left out in the previous phase
(Day 8-14)
